  TLDR; If you're reading this testimonial trying to decide if it's worth giving this company a try, save yourself some time, stop reading right now, and give Darren a call!
  
  I contacted Darren ON EASTER BANK HOLIDAY MONDAY morning and, after hearing my tales of woe (I had 2 lawn mowers that refused to start and a garden that looked like the Plains of the Serengeti), he moved things about with his schedule and (amazingly) was with me that afternoon.
  
  His prices were transparent and reasonable with a flat pricing structure, he contacted me a couple of times throughout the morning with progress updates, and his enthusiasm for the work he does was boundless - and actually quite infectious.
  
  Not only did Darren not mind me looking on as he worked (and asking what were probably very silly questions), but he explained what the service consisted of, what he was looking for as he was working, and also provided numerous hints and tips on how thee machines worked and how to look after the machines so that the (many) issues he identified would not happen again next year.
  
  I work in a technical field and, in my experience, you only get that kind free-flow of knowledge from true experts who are rightly confident in their abilities.
  
  Both of my machines (a ride-on and a walk-behind) are now running smoother than I can ever remember them having done so in the past.
  
  I'm sorry if this sounds like one of those cheesey american infomercials, but I've dealt with quite a few Lawnmower repairers, and Darren restored my faith that there are small businesses out there that actually put a value on building on-going relationships with their customers.

He got to the problem with the mower really quickly and got it running well again. And he was also able to source a couple of replace,ent bolts from his box of supplies to fix an issue at the side of the mower.
